Greg Woszczalski

For the past 22 years Greg has worked across many businesses in the SME sector, structuring and implementing cash flow and finance solutions and consulting on company restructure. Greg currently is an Executive Director of Grow Finance Limited, a leading non-bank business lender which he founded in 2016. Grow Finance Limited accolades include being the fastest growing company in Australia in 2021 on the AFR Fast100 list and top 10 fastest growing companies in 2022 and 2023 on the Financial Times High Growth Companies Asia-Pacific list.

Prior to Grow Finance Limited, Greg co-founded 180 Group in 2003 which developed into a leading non-bank lender which was divested to an ASX listed entity in 2015.

Greg commenced his career at Merrill Lynch where he specialised in institutional debt and derivatives trading, working closely with the debt capital markets team and reported to Merrill Lynch globally on debt market transactions and flows.

Greg has held board positions at the Turnaround Management Association of Australia, the Debtor and Invoice Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand as well a number ofunlisted entities. 

Greg holds a Master of Business Administration – MBA, Bachelor of Commerce (Econ), a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and was a former Registered Representative of the Sydney Futures Exchange.

David Halliday

Mr Halliday has both a broad and deep set of skills and experience in the finance industry.  He spent 13 years with Macquarie Bank in their private wealth division as an Associate Director for over 10 of those.  During his time at Macquarie, Mr Halliday regularly appeared on television, in print and on radio for the bank providing expert financial commentary.  More recently Mr Halliday has been a Director of Aesir Capital where he has successfully managed a series of Merger and Acquisition, Capital Raising and Corporate Advisory transactions for the firm.  Mr Halliday’s sectoral experience is diverse having completed transactions in technology, media, payments, hospitality and the mining sectors.  

Mr Halliday holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), and was awarded the Furnace Engineering prize for most outstanding final year thesis.

Mohammad Azizuddin Shahruddin

Mohammad Azizuddin Shahruddin (“AJ”) is based in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. AJ has over 20 years of financial industry, technology and investment banking experience. AJ has held numerous board and advisory roles across multiple sectors in South East Asian markets. AJ is highly regarded in the region and has often been asked to provide advice to government and industry advisory panels in Malaysia. AJ brings to the Board an extensive network of industry contacts in the region.
